Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AscendFBA immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each account is for individual use only. Sharing credentials with third parties or creating multiple accounts to circumvent order limits is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on the marketplace are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes (TPS/TVQ) or credit card processing fees.

A credit card transaction fee of 3.5% is applied at checkout. Gold members receive a 0.5% discount on this fee (3.0% effective rate).

Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order values vary depending on your membership tier:

Orders below the required minimum for your tier cannot be processed.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are shipped to our partner prep center (PrepKingz) located in Montreal, QC for labeling, poly-bagging, and FBA preparation before being forwarded to Amazon warehouses.

Prepping fees are not included in the product price or cart subtotal. They are invoiced separately by the prep center.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. AscendFBA is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or Amazon warehouse receiving times.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility and conditions depend on your membership tier:

Non-returnable items:

• Products marked with a non-returnable clause at the time of purchase
• Items already shipped directly to Amazon FBA warehouses
• Items that have been opened, damaged, or altered after delivery

All lead data sales are final. Once product data (ASIN, Keepa chart, ROI) has been accessed, no refund is issued for the data portion.

Memberships & Tiers

AscendFBA offers three membership tiers: Bronze (free), Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides different access levels, perks, and pricing advantages on the marketplace.

Membership subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

AscendFBA reserves the right to modify membership perks, pricing, or tier structures with reasonable notice to active members.

Cashback Program

Eligible members earn cashback on qualifying purchases based on their membership tier:

• Bronze: No cashback
• Silver: 1% cashback on the order subtotal (before taxes and fees)
• Gold: 3% cashback on the order subtotal (before taxes and fees)

Cashback is calculated on the product subtotal only and excludes taxes, shipping, and credit card fees. Cashback is credited to your account and can be applied to future orders. AscendFBA reserves the right to modify cashback rates with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

AscendFBA provides wholesale product leads and estimated data (BSR, ROI, sales estimates, Keepa charts) for informational purposes only. These are estimates and not guarantees of profitability or sell-through.

AscendFBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or data, including but not limited to lost profits, Amazon account issues, or inventory losses.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy practices. We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, process orders, and improve our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) and product alerts based on your membership tier settings. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
